Our skin needs healthy nutrients to maintain elasticity,  repair the damage, and produce a healthy glow and clear complexion. 

What we eat significantly affects the health and ageing of our skin. You can't stop the ageing process, but we can control it. To keep our skin tight and supple; a variety of fruits can work well together in a balanced diet, and reduce your intake of caffeine, alcohol and saturated fats.
